Here are some icons/avatars that I drew for people yesterday. I'll work on a bunch of new ones today!

Two badges and a really quick drawing I did yesterday.

Here's a semi-realistic Kiki I drew this afternoon.

I don't draw detailed stuff often but I sure enjoyed making the nose gigantic!

Donderdag 1 oktober 2009

Really quick sketches just for fun. I'm sure you've seen these critters sometime before.

Woensdag 30 september 2009

A few more commissioned sketches and things.

And here's a drawing that I did not draw! I've been very lucky to get a lot of drawings of Kiki the lemur recently, from many people who's work I really admire. But this one simply has to be shared!

This is the work of Becky, one of the most talented artists I've ever seen! You can find her Owl Factory blog in the blogroll on the right this page... or take a look at the Tiny Kitten Teeth webcomic.

I really like to draw Brer Fox! Jest fer fun!

Some sketches I did this week:

The red panda sketch was done for Trish Forstner. She liked it enough to ink and color it:

It looks all spiffy now! Make sure you check out her artwork here!

Here's something I've made last night for a very talented friend of her purple goat Sophie:

And here are two other badges in the same style. They're all copic markers and indian ink on bristol.

More of the same!

Dinsdag 8 september 2009

Here's some stuff I drew today, mostly for friends.

So far for drawing anything realistic without paying attention.

Maandag 7 september 2009

I've returned home safely from my trip, although I forgot to mention I was away.

Here's a random bird.

An aardvark.

And a fox character for a friend.

Here's another rabbit. And another picture that will hopefully be sold in an art show. The colors in the photo are off, but you get the idea.

And here's something I drew for a (very talented!) friend a few months ago, as seen on his website.

Vrijdag 7 augustus 2009

Today is Oly's birthday, that's why I tried to sketch some of her characters. I love her work, make sure you check it out!

Woensdag 5 augustus 2009

Here's a bunny.

And the sketch, too.
